Therapy for PMADs
Therapy for Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders
From the moment you start pre-conception planning…to pregnancy…to postpartum…and to parenthood - many people experience anxiety and mood disorders during this sensitive time.
At least 1 in 5 new parents experience PMADs.
If this is you, the good news is that anxiety, depression, PTSD, & OCD during the perinatal time period are not your fault, they are treatable,
and with the right support, you will feel better.
