Our team of experienced therapists provide evidence-based mental health treatment in New York

Our team of NYC-based therapists offer individual, couples and family work with adolescents and adults. We also specialize in hormonal and reproductive mental health issues. Reproductive issues include infertility, pregnancy, postpartum and hormonal issues including PMDD, perimenopause and menopause.

We now offer The Checkup, a bespoke consultation service for those looking for brief support for pregnancy and postpartum issues from perinatal mental health specialists in a more time-limited manner of 3-5 sessions.

At The Centered Space, we provide assessment and treatment of anxiety, mood, neurodiversity (ADHD & Autism) and trauma for teens, adults, couples, and families.

Our Fertility & Perinatal support extends from pre-conception planning, to pregnancy, and postpartum.

We are LGBTQ+ allied, inclusive HAES providers.

We offer bilingual therapy in Spanish & English for individuals and couples at our office in Union Square, New York City.

  • Therapy for anxiety will help you build tools & strategies for managing worry, social anxiety, OCD, & panic disorder.

  • Therapy for depression - Learn coping skills, understand the root of negative thoughts & feelings, and connect with what brings you joy and purpose in your life.

  • Therapy for ADHD - Learn ways that work for you to gain focus, complete tasks, and build identity from a pro-neurodiversity standpoint

  • Therapy for grief - Process the psychological and emotional aspects of loss/es and feel more open in moving towards healing and acceptance.

  • Therapy for parents - Gain practical tools for coping with the emotional and behavioral aspects of raising a child, manage the transition to parenthood, and explore your own childhood experiences that often interfere with parenting. We help with ADHD, ODD, PDA, and other emotional and behavioral issues in parenting.
